I feel like consistency is subconsciously linked to dependability. And most people love that. But consistency too isn't just about doing the same thing over and over again. People notice if you're trying to be consistent...for consistency's sake. So I love that you're always thinking about "what's next".

On a tangent, I'm not exactly sure what your workflow is...but have you tried logseq? Until very recently, I was a Notion fanatic...I loved the organizational system there...but to be honest, after a while, it felt like I was managing a database, not the (important) stuff that was inside it.

So I switched to logseq as my personal knowledge management system. So far...I'm loving it! Now it's about the content as opposed to database management (at least for my workflow). I can hashtag things (even automatically using templates) and I never have to think about organizing again...logseq does it all in the background for me.

I'll admit though...this works for my messy brain. Results may vary.

Logseq looks very similar to Workflowy/Dynalist which I used before Obsidian :-)

I'm stretched between Todoist, Notion, Obsidian, and other tools. Using IFTTT allows me to automate things conveniently. And although, I think I might Switch from Obsidian to Logseq back (I think...), I'm not sure it will replace everything else ;-)

But I also miss the outliner aspect of Workflowy / Dynalist that I see in Logseq. The forced folder structure of Obsidian does have its flaws

holy moly that is a lot of tools...I couldn't keep track of them all!

But IFTTT is definitely a lifesaver with all those tools.

But wait, there's more ;-)

I cannot find myself using Notion for tasks, or Notion for all notes (Obsidian is offline first, but Notion can be automatized with IFTTT).

oh yeah…I think it took me a year to realize that Notion was not good for tasks lol (it’s what made me feel like I was managing a database more than the tasks)

I manage my gaming backlog on Notion. And, man, I like managing THAT database! :D
